UNIFORMITY: Because WW is based on the natural tannins within the wood itself, as a result wood color, darkness and possibly hue will vary from board to board creating a beautiful and natural display. If you are uncertain this is the look you want, we recommend purchasing a 1/2 pint to create mock ups.
ORDERING: You can call in orders or order through the website. However, large orders will require a lead time. We ask that you order in advance of your project. We recommend that you order 15% more product than expect to use, to allow for waste during use.
LEAD TIME: Larger orders will require a lead time and 30 day lead time Due to WW's very popular nature, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible when planning to use WW. We are manufacturers and distributers for WW to ensure only the best end product for consumers. However, this limits production. Call to reserve your quantity to ensure the amount needed will be available for your job.
RETURNS: Unopened unit purchases can be returned within 30 (thirty) days of purchase. All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, plus freight to and from the originators destination. Returns of large orders require authorization. In this case you should call immediately to reconcile the issue. We cannot accept returns on opened items or items not in resalable condition.
DAMAGES: Damaged or non salable items will not be accepted for return. Items damaged during shipping must be documented *at the time of receipt and marked on the shipping slip as "Damaged" before the carrier leaves.
